Pam'S Chicken And Cheese Chowder

  1. Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups boiling water.
  2. Add vegetables and seasonings.
  3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes; do not drain.
  4. Melt butter in saucepan.
  5. Add flour and blend.
  6. Add milk gradually; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  7. Add cheese; stir until melted.
  8. Add chicken and undrained vegetables.
  9. Heat, but do not boil.
  10. Serve with hot rolls or bread.
