Soft Cinnamon Rolls
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 c. flour
- Combine water, yeast and sugar; stir until dissolved.
- Set aside.
- Mix instant pudding according to package directions.
- Mix margarine, eggs and salt and add to pudding, then add to yeast mixture.
- Add flour and knead until smooth.
- Place in a greased bowl.
- Cover and let rise until double.
- Punch down; let rise again.
- Roll out and spread with 2 tablespoons melted margarine. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Roll up and cut in about 1-inch slices.
- Place in greased pans and let rise until double again.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for about 15 minutes.
- Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
