Turkey Or Chicken Pot Pie
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. chopped cooked turkey
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables, thawed and drained
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls or pie crust
- 1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
- Melt margarine over low heat.
- Add flour.
- Stir until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Gradually add milk.
- Cook on medium heat.
- Stir constantly until thickened and bubbly.
- Stir in turkey, mixed vegetables, bouillon granules and pepper.
- Cook until heated well over medium heat.
- Spoon into 9-inch dish.
- Cover with crescent rolls or pie crust.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
- Let stand 10 minutes.
