Crab Shrimp Gumbo

  1. Measure broth into 5 quart Dutch oven.tdd tomatoes, parsley, and celery.
  2. Heat butter in skillet; add peppers, onion, garlic, and okra.
  3. Cover and saute without stirring until onion is soft but not browned.
  4. Add mixture to broth.
  5. Add all of the ingredients except seafood and tabasco.
  6. Heat to boiling.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer covered 2-1/2 hours.
  8. Stir in tabasco and seafood and cook an additional 15 minutes.
  9. May be served over hot rice.
  10. Serves 10-12.
