Pork And Apple Pie

  1. Cook bacon in an ovenproof 12-inch skillet until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain.
  2. In drippings, saute onions until tender.
  3. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  4. Dust pork lightly with flour.
  5. Brown a third at a time in drippings, adding oil if needed.
  6. Remove from the heat and drain.
