Overnight Breakfast Casserole

  1. Butter (or spray) a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  2. Line bottom of pan with bread.
  3. Brown sausage. Drain to remove as much fat as possible.
  4. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together. Spread sausage evenly over bread slices. Top with mushroom pieces. Layer cheeses over mushrooms.
  5. Pour egg mixture over everything. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 (325u0b0 for glass pan) for 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
