Reduced Fat Sloppy Joes

  1. Cut chicken into small serving pieces; coat with flour.
  2. Heat butter in pan until melted.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Add mushrooms and saute briefly.
  5. Add beef bouillon and Marsala.
  6. Mix together.
  7. Simmer 15 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Season to taste.
  9. Add flour and bouillon; will thicken.
  10. Add more bouillon for more stock.
  11. Add spices (garlic, parsley, etc.), if desired.
