Microwave Cheesy Ham And Vegetable Soup

  1. Combine vegetables, water and seasoning in 3-quart casserole. Cook covered on Full power for 7 to 9 minutes or until tender. Stir halfway through cooking time.
  2. Place butter in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  3. Heat Full power for 45 seconds to 1 minute and 15 seconds until melted.
  4. Stir in flour; blend to smooth paste. Gradually blend in milk.
  5. Cook covered on Full power for 8 to 10 minutes until thickened.
  6. Stir 2 to 3 times.
  7. Add sauce to vegetables.
  8. Stir in corn, cheese and ham through.
