Hot And Spicy Chicken Pie

  1. Combine chicken, corn, broth, celery and onion.
  2. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
  3. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Add salsa.
  5. Stir 2 tablespoons water into cornstarch.
  6. Add to chicken mixture. Cook and stir until bubbly.
  7. Cook 2 minutes more.
  8. Prepare corn bread according to package directions.
  9. Pour chicken mixture into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese and chilies. Spoon corn bread atop.
  11. Bake in 425u0b0 oven 20 minutes.
  12. Serves 4 to 6.
