Breakfast Pizza
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 c. hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Brown sausage; set aside.
- Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place triangles with points toward center of 12-inch greased pizza pan (deep dish).
- Press bottom and sides to form crust; seal perforations.
- Spoon sausage over dough.
- Sprinkle with hash browns and cheese.
- Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour over sausage mixture.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with pimientos and fresh oregano, if desired.
- Serves 6.
