Impossible Cherry Pie
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. baking mix
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. baking mix
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Combine 2 tablespoons margarine, sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup baking mix and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in mixer bowl.
- Add milk, eggs and almond extract; beat for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate.
- Spoon pie filling on top. Bake at 400u0b0 for 25 minutes.
- Combine remaining 1/2 cup margarine, 1/2 cup baking mix, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over pie.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
- Yield:
