Impossible Cherry Pie

  1. Combine 2 tablespoons margarine, sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup baking mix and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in mixer bowl.
  2. Add milk, eggs and almond extract; beat for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate.
  3. Spoon pie filling on top. Bake at 400u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  4. Combine remaining 1/2 cup margarine, 1/2 cup baking mix, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle over pie.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until topping is lightly browned.
  7. Yield:
