Green Tomato Relish

  1. Grind all vegetables in food chopper or processor.
  2. Mix with salt.
  3. Put in bag and hang on line overnight.
  4. Mix with vinegar, molasses or brown sugar, sugar, dry mustard and pickling spices tied in cheesecloth bag.
  5. Bring to boil and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Seal in sterile jars.
  7. Makes 20 to 22 pints.
