Holiday Liver Pat

  1. Mix liverwurst, half of the cream cheese, onion, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Combine well.
  3. Form a mound of pate in the center of a serving dish; place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  4. Frost with the remaining cream cheese.
  5. Slice a few stuffed olives with pimentos so the green is a circle on the outside with the red pimento on the inside.
  6. Arrange them on the outside of the mound as a garnish.
  7. Serve anytime (not just for holidays) with low-carb crackers and veggies.
