German Potato Bake
- 4 c. cubed hot cooked potatoes
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 5 crispy cooked bacon
- 1/4 c. green onions
- 3/4 c. salad dressing
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- In a large saucepan combine potatoes, 1/4 pound process cheese spread and margarine;
- stir
- over low heat until cheese is melted. Add
- 2
- tablespoons
- bacon,
- 2 tablespoons onions, salad dressing, sour
- cream,
- pimento
- and
- pepper;
- mix well. Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
- Top with remaining cheese spread, bacon and
- onions.tprinkle
- withtaprika.
- Bakett 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
