White Chocolate-Lime Blondies
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg white
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate morsels
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh lime rind (about 1 1/2 large limes)
- Cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Place butter and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth.
- Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, stirring well. Fold in chocolate morsels and lime rind.
- Press dough into an 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350u0b0 for 29 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.
