Easy Chicken Curry

  1. Prepare rice according to package.
  2. While rice is cooking, chop onion and core and chop apple.
  3. Sprinkle chicken with salt.
  4. In a large skillet, cook chicken in 2 tablespoons of margarine for 6 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Transfer to plate.
  6. Add the remaining margarine to skillet; cook onion for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in curry powder.
  8. Cook 1 minute.
  9. Return chicken to skillet.
  10. Add apple, raisins and broth; bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low.
  11. Cook 10 to 12 minutes until done (until internal juices run clear or temperature reaches 170u0b0).
  12. Serve over rice.
  13. Sprinkle with desired garnish.
