No Fuss Beef Lasagna

  1. Brown meat (8 to 10 minutes).
  2. Mix spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  3. In medium bowl, beat egg.
  4. Add Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Spread 2 cups of meat and sauce on 13 x 9-inch pan.
  6. Arrange 5 noodles one at a time, pressing into meat mixture. Spread cheese mixture on noodles.
  7. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and top with 1 1/2 cups meat sauce.
  8. Arrange another layer of noodles, pressing into meat.
  9. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Tent foil lightly.
  10. Bake 45 minutes at approximately 350u0b0. Remove from oven and let sit 15 minutes.
  11. Cut into 3-inch squares. Serve.
