Festive Ribbon Fudge(Choco-Holics Enjoy!!)

  1. Combine 3 cups sugar, 3/4 cup margarine and 2/3 cup evaporated milk in heavy 3-quart saucepan.
  2. Bring to full roaring boil. Continue boiling over medium heat 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234u0b0, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
  4. Add 1 jar marshmallow cream.
  5. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
  6. Repeat with remaining ingredients, substituting peanut butter for chocolate.
  7. Spread over chocolate.
  8. Cool at room temperature.
  9. Cut into squares.
