Festive Ribbon Fudge(Choco-Holics Enjoy!!)
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
- 2 (7 oz. each) jars marshmallow cream
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Combine 3 cups sugar, 3/4 cup margarine and 2/3 cup evaporated milk in heavy 3-quart saucepan.
- Bring to full roaring boil. Continue boiling over medium heat 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234u0b0, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted.
- Add 1 jar marshmallow cream.
- Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients, substituting peanut butter for chocolate.
- Spread over chocolate.
- Cool at room temperature.
- Cut into squares.
