Chocolate Cream Cheese Bars(Brenda'S Delight)
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 small box instant chocolate pudding
- 3 c. cold milk
- 12 oz. thawed Cool Whip
- 1 Hershey bar, shaved
- Mix flour, pecans and butter until crumbly.
- Pat into a 9 x 11-inch pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350u0b0 or until edges start to brown.
- Let crust cool.
- Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar together.
- Spread on crust.
- Mix 3 cups cold milk with packages of instant pudding.
- Mix together at low speed for approximately 2 minutes.
- Pour over cream cheese mixture.
- Let pudding set about 5 minutes; then spread Cool Whip over pudding. Add shavings of 1 Hershey bar for decorative touch.
- Refrigerate.
