Turkey-Avocado Sandwich With Roasted Turkey Breast
- 1/4 cup nonfat cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon shredded fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 (3/4-ounce) slices reduced-calorie whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1/2 medium avocado, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, mixing well. Spread cheese mixture evenly on 2 bread slices. Place sliced Roasted Turkey Breast evenly on each prepared bread slice, and top evenly with avocado and remaining ingredients. Top with remaining 2 bread slices.
