Chocolate Lime Swirl Pie

  1. Grease a 10-inch pie pan.
  2. Crush cookies and mix with melted margarine.
  3. Press cookie mixture into pie pan to form a crust. Save 2 tablespoons cookie mixture for top.
  4. Chill the pie crust. Dissolve jello in hot water.
  5. Add the lemon juice and sugar.
  6. Let stand while you whip the chilled milk to a stiff froth.
  7. Add jello and mix.
  8. Continue whipping until stiff peaks are formed.
  9. Mix in lemon rind and food coloring.
  10. Pour into crust and sprinkle crumbs on top.
  11. Chill until firm.
