Kc-Style Barbecue Sauce

  1. In a large saucepan, over medium heat, saute onion and garlic with olive oil until soft. Reduce heat to low and add all other ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. Barbeque sauce will keep in refrigerator for up to two days. For best results, allow sauce to chill overnight before use.
