Peaches And Cream Cheese Cake

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla pudding, margarine, milk and egg for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into a 9 or 10-inch greased pie plate.
  3. Arrange on top the peaches.
  4. In a small bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice.
  5. Spoon on top of the peaches to within 1-inch of the crust.
  6. Be careful not to get too close to edge of plate.
  7. Sprinkle the whole pie with a mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
