Bulgar Primavera Salad(Tabouli)

  1. Place bulgar in large, heatproof bowl.
  2. Bring water to boiling.
  3. Pour over bulgar.
  4. Let stand 20 minutes.
  5. Drain bulgar thoroughly.
  6. Return bulgar to large bowl.
  7. Add tomatoes, currants, sunflower seeds, carrot, green onion, garlic, mint, basil and oregano.
  8. Whisk together tamari, vinegar and oil in small bowl. Pour over bulgar mixture.
  9. Mix well.
