Company Potatoes

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Put carrots in a 9-inch square casserole dish.
  3. In large saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter and saute celery and onion until tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until mixture is smooth.
  5. Stir in milk and cook until mixture thickens.
  6. Stir in cheese until melted.
  7. Pour sauce over carrots.
