Sweet And Sour Pork (Or Chicken)(Serves 4)

  1. Whisk together first 4 ingredients; add pork or chicken.
  2. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
  3. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade. Dredge pork in 1/2 cup cornstarch.
  4. Pour oil to a depth of 1/4-inch in heavy skillet or wok.
  5. Fry in hot oil over medium heat 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Remove and drain.
  7. Reheat skillet with 2 tablespoons fresh peanut oil.
  8. Stir-fry bell pepper and pineapple over high heat 2 minutes.
  9. Add Seasoning Sauce.
  10. Stir-fry until thick.
  11. Stir in pork (chicken).
  12. Cook 1 minute.
  13. Serve over rice.
