Marla Brown'S Fast And Easy Lasagna(Easy)

  1. Boil the macaroni in water until cooked but still stiff. Drain.
  2. In the lasagna baking pan, combine the Ricotta cheese, eggs, salt and pepper, grated Parmesan or Romano and seasoning and mix well.
  3. Add and mix in the drained cooked macaroni and spread evenly in the baking dish.
  4. Layer the Mozzarella over the macaroni mixture.
  5. Sprinkle spaghetti sauce on top and add meat (if desired).
  6. Bake 30 minutes in a 375u0b0 oven.
  7. Take out, cool a few minutes and serve.
  8. If it is still very liquid, bake a few more minutes to set.
  9. Can be frozen and reheated (covered).
