Curried Turkey Casserole
- 1 package RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST 7 Grain Fusilli, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken
- 1 cup grated carrot
- Heat oven to 350u0b0. Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan melt butter and saute celery and onion with curry powder until onion is tender, but not brown. Stir in flour and bouillon cubes. Gradually blend in water; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice, turkey and carrots. In 2-quart casserole toss pasta with curry sauce. Cover and bake 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
