Strawberry Cheesecake

• 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 large Keebler graham cracker pie crust
• 1 can strawberry pie filling
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. molasses (Grandma's molasses is the best brand)
• 1/2 c. brown sugar (Brownulated brand)
• 1 1/2 c. pastry or cake flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. ginger
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. allspice
• 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 c. oil
• 3 eggs
• 2 c. flour, sifted
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 2 small jars plum/tapioca baby food
• 1 c. chopped nuts

1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
2. Mix together all ingredients, except nuts, thoroughly.
3. Add nuts and blend well throughout mixture. Pour the plum cake mixture into a well-greased Bundt pan.
4. Bake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick comes clean after inserting it in the middle of the cake.
