Chocolate, Stout And Bourbon Pie

  1. Stir together the brown sugar, flour and cornmeal.
  2. Beat eggs with granulated sugar until thick and light in color.
  3. Add vanilla, stout and bourbon to the brown sugar mixture, stirring to eliminate lumps.
  4. Fold in the beaten egg mixture and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into crust and bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Cool just until warm and serve with just a dollop of whipped cream.
