Ooey-Gooey Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies
- 3/4 c. fat-free sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand), divided
- 1/4 c. fat-free milk
- 1/4 c. stick margarine, melted and cooled
- 1 (18.25 oz.) box devil's food cake mix
- 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
- cooking spray
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream (1 3/4 c.)
- 1/2 c. peanut butter morsels
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Combine 1/4 cup condensed milk, melted margarine, milk, egg white and cake mix.
- Batter will be very stiff.
- Spray 13 x 9 baking dish.
- Press 2/3 of batter into prepared baking dish, using floured hands (layer will be thin). Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl combine 1/2 cup condensed milk and marshmallow cream.
- Stir in peanut butter morsels.
- Remove baked layer from oven and spread marshmallow mixture evenly over brownie layer.tarefully drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over marshmallow mixture.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Cool completely in pan.
- Serves 24.
- Delicious.
