Pork Chop And Potato Casserole
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 pork chops (tenderloin)
- 1 small onion
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 4 drops Tabasco
- 3 c. sliced, raw potatoes
- 3 tsp. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- Combine flour, salt and pepper in paper bag.
- Cut pork chops into bite-size pieces.
- Shake in flour mixture.
- Heat bacon fat and brown chops.
- Place in greased baking dish.
- Blend soup, milk, onion, Tabasco and sugar.
- Cover chops with layers of potatoes and then 1/2 of sauce.
- Add another layer of potatoes and the rest of sauce.
- Dot with margarine and sprinkle with paprika.
- Cover and bake at 375u0b0 for 1 hour.
- Remove cover and bake 15 minutes more.
