Pork Chop And Potato Casserole

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper in paper bag.
  2. Cut pork chops into bite-size pieces.
  3. Shake in flour mixture.
  4. Heat bacon fat and brown chops.
  5. Place in greased baking dish.
  6. Blend soup, milk, onion, Tabasco and sugar.
  7. Cover chops with layers of potatoes and then 1/2 of sauce.
  8. Add another layer of potatoes and the rest of sauce.
  9. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with paprika.
  10. Cover and bake at 375u0b0 for 1 hour.
  11. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes more.
