Ham And Swiss Buns

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. On floured surface, separate dough from the crescent dinner rolls into 4 rectangles.
  3. Gently pinch diagonal perforations together on each rectangle.
  4. With lightly floured rolling pin, roll each rectangle into 7 x 5-inch rectangle.
  5. Arrange ham and cheese slices on dough rectangles, cutting ham and cheese to fit and leaving 1/2-inch rim of dough all around.
  6. Spread filling with mustard.
  7. Brush rim of dough with some egg.
  8. Fold dough and filling over so 5-inch sides meet.
  9. With fork, firmly press edges together to seal.
  10. Place on cookie sheet; brush with remaining egg.
  11. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until browned. Makes 4 servings.
