Healthy Garden Quiche(Makes 6 Servings, 152 Cal., 5 G. Fat, 14 Mg Cholesterol Per
- 1 c. frozen cut broccoli, thawed and well drained
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. diet margarine
- 8 slices Borden Lite-line process cheese product (any flavor), cut up (8 slices cheese = about 2 c. grated cheese)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 (4 oz.) cartons Morningstar Farms Scramblers cholesterol free real egg product, thawed
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. shredded carrots
- In saucepan, cook onion and garlic in margarine.
- In bowl, toss Lite-line pieces with flour.
- Add onion mixture and remaining ingredients.
- Pour into lightly oiled 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake in preheated 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes or until set.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
