Rich Tomato Beef Sauce Served Over Pasta

  1. Saute onions, celery, mushrooms and garlic in oil in large saucepan.
  2. Add beef and continue cooking until meat begins to brown.
  3. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add all other ingredients.
  5. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer slowly 1 hour. Serve over favorite pasta.
