Lemon Broiled Chicken

  1. Rub chicken pieces on all sides with cut surface of lemon, squeezing lemon halves to release juice.
  2. Place chicken pieces skin-side down on broiler pan.
  3. Combine salt with paprika and pepper.
  4. Brush chicken with half of melted margarine; sprinkle with half of seasoning mixture.
  5. Broil about 6 inches from heat, 15 to 20 minutes or until deep golden brown.
  6. Turn chicken; brush with remaining margarine and sprinkle with remaining seasoning. Continue broiling 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  7. For a special flavor, sprinkle chicken with sugar 3 minutes before end of broiling time.
