Nina Bemus' Favorite Chicken Spaghetti

  1. Stew hen with salt, pepper and a stalk of celery until tender. Cool and remove bones; cut into bite size.
  2. Cook peppers, celery and onions in a small amount of broth until tender.
  3. Add chili powder, soup, mushrooms and pimentos.
  4. Cook spaghetti as directed on box.
  5. Mix chicken, vegetables and spaghetti together.
  6. Pour into large casserole.
  7. Cover with grated cheese and bake at 350u0b0 until mixture bubbles.
