Orange Pineapple Chicken Stir-Fry(Lo-Fat)

  1. Preheat heavy frypan or wok about 3 minutes on medium-high heat.
  2. Spray with nonstick corn oil cooking spray. Add chicken strips and garlic; stir-fry about 3 minutes.
  3. Increase heat to high and add onion and snow peas. Stir-fry about 3 minutes. Add salt, pepper, ginger and pineapple.
  4. Continue to stir-fry about 3 minutes more.
