Pansit
- 1 box noodles
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 8 - 10 pieces of chick peas
- 1 cup of chicken meat, shredded
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. of olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup shrimp, if desired
- Saute the garlic till brown.
- Add
- the onion, then the meat mixed with the shrimp, then all the vegetables, and
- the soy sauce.
- Mix until cooked, set aside.
- Boil the noodles with the chicken broth and drop a little of the olive oil, a dust of garlic powder, dust of white pepper, and mix until the noodles absorb the broth, then mix the vegetables to the noodles.
- Serve hot.
