Mark'S Salsa

  1. Combine first 11 ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add basil and remaining herbs. Remove from heat. Serve immediately or chill.
  3. (This recipe makes a 2 1/2-quart batch. You may want to half it.)
