Chicken Fajitas

  1. Heat broth in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir-fry garlic, onion and chicken for 10 minutes (drain off some liquid if more than 1/4 cup juices is collected).
  3. Add pepper and seasonings and stir-fry additional 8 minutes. Stir in salsa and lime juice. Heat thoroughly another 2 or 3 minutes and serve immediately.
