Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie

  1. Mix cream cheese, milk and Equal in large bowl with whisk until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in Dream Whip; put in refrigerator. Pour 1 cup milk in bowl; add pudding mix.
  3. Beat with whisk until blended, 1 to 2 minutes (mixture will be thick).
  4. Stir in pumpkin and spices with whisk; mix well.
  5. Use a graham or baked pie shell; spread cream cheese mixture over bottom of pie shell.
  6. Spread pumpkin mixture over cream cheese mixture.
  7. Chill in refrigerator. Layers can be put in pie dish with no pie shell to cut down on calories.
  8. Will cut out even with no shell.
