Country-Style Chicken Dinner

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, combine frozen potatoes and 1/2 can French fried onions. In a small bowl, blend soup and milk.
  3. Pour half over the potato mixture. Arrange cheese slices over potato mixture.
  4. Top with chicken, skin side down.
  5. Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375u0b0 for 35 minutes. Stir vegetables into potatoes and turn chicken pieces over. Bake 20 minutes, uncovered. Stir potato mixture and top chicken with remaining onions. Bake, uncovered, 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
  6. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
