Red, White And Blueberry Delight
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 16 oz. plain yogurt
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 c. fresh blueberries
- Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine.
- Press on bottom of 12 x 7-inch dish.
- In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon, yogurt, marshmallows and nuts.
- Spread half over crust.
- Top with half berry mixture, remaining yogurt mixture, then remaining berries.
- Cover.
- Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
- Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
- Freeze leftovers.
- Great fourth of July dessert!
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
