Turkey Sausage Patties

  1. In a bowl, combine turkey, herbs and bread crumbs.
  2. Stir well. Add chicken broth and stir again.
  3. Let stand 15 minutes.
  4. Form into 8 patties, about 3/4-inch thick.
  5. Spray skillet with vegetable oil or use a nonstick skillet.
  6. Cook patties in skillet over medium heat 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until done.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. Serves 8 with 1 patty per serving.
