Casserole-For-A-Crowd
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 (12 oz.) can or 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped pimento
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. medium noodles, cooked
- 1 c. buttered soft bread crumbs
- Brown meat.
- Add onion.
- Cook until tender, but not brown. Add next 8 ingredients; mix well.
- Stir in noodles.
- Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle crumbs over top.
- Bake in moderate oven at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes or until hot.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
