Shrimp Creole

  1. In a 2-quart microproof casserole, combine onion, celery, green pepper, margarine and garlic.
  2. Cover; microwave on High for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, salt, parsley, pepper, mushrooms and shrimp.
  4. Cover; microwave on Medium for 5 minutes.
  5. Stir.
  6. Add cooked rice; microwave on Medium for 5 minutes.
  7. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes before serving.
