Halloween Cookie Pops

  1. In large bowl of an electric mixer, beat shortening, butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy; beat in eggs and vanilla.
  2. In another bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice; gradually add to butter mixture, blending thoroughly.
  3. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
