Ham And Rice Stir-Fry

  1. Cook Success rice according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Saute onions and celery in oil until tender-crisp. Add mushrooms, peas, olives and Hormel chunk ham; cook 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Push mixture aside in pan and scramble eggs.
  4. Add rice and soy sauce.
  5. Toss lightly with ham and rice mixture until completely heated.
  6. Garnish with mandarin orange slices and celery leaves, if desired.
  7. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
