Oh For Gosh Sakes Salad

  1. Boil potatoes only until done.
  2. Cool and peel while warm. Slice thinly.
  3. Sprinkle garlic and onion over potatoes.
  4. Add pepper and the oil.
  5. In cup, add salt, vinegar and boiling water. Stir to dissolve salt.
  6. Pour over potato mixture and mix gently. Salad is to be served warm.
  7. A garnish of sliced hard-boiled eggs, parsley and pickles may be added.
  8. Will serve 6 to 8.
